Questions
Good to know.
Does the kit come with herbs?
The kit is designed to give you full control: dried orange peel from your kitchen, herbs from your garden, or one of our botanical blends.
Where do I get tea lights?
Any standard tea light works. They are easy to find at grocery, craft and dollar stores, and one candle lasts about 3–4 uses.
How long does each session last?
Usually 30–60 minutes depending on what you warm. Coffee grounds and citrus peel last longer; delicate herbs are shorter but more intense.
Is it safe for pets?
Used responsibly, yes. Keep the flame out of reach and avoid ingredients that aren't pet-friendly. The wellness guide has a section on pet-safe herbs.
What is the return policy?
Return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
When will my order arrive?
Orders typically arrive in 5–8 business days across North America and Europe, and 5–9 business days elsewhere.
