When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship the next business day. Blends arrive in 2–4 days across the US and Canada; everything else typically arrives in 5–8 business days across North America and Europe, and 5–9 elsewhere.
What is your return policy?
Return anything within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Apparel can also be exchanged; it must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.
Is it safe around pets?
The warmer is simple stoneware and a tea light, but some botanicals can bother pets. Use it in a ventilated room, keep the flame out of reach, and let pets leave the room freely.
